Error Message ERR_AGL_ACN-3545

I can login to the Telus app but not telus tv. I get Error Message ERR_AGL_ACN-3545 when attempting login with same username and password. It is very frustrating because we subscribe to a high data package but cannot stream.

Hi! Try these following steps first: 

Clear your browser cache/cookies if using a web browser

  • If using the TV app, try uninstalling and reinstalling it
  • Make sure your TELUS account password hasn't expired

Did not work. Was told mobile data wint suffice and must have optik. Can you confirm this please?

Same issue, and have spoke to Telus tech support several times. They keep saying they can't do anything so they send it to the next level, and to expect a call back, over a week and still no call back. I am one of their longest customers and this is making me want to cancel all my services due to their declining technical support.

Do you have an optik account? Was told you must have that for telus tv app to work. Mobile plan with data is not enough. Must have optik as well 

This worked as early as 2 weeks ago, then it stopped working. Still no call back, great customer service Telus, or should I say the next Shaw. Shaw lost a ton of market share and my business when they started doing the same thing.

Did you get it fixed? I was told a manager would call me tonight after 6pm, but no call. Still no fix either.

No call back yet. I work until 6pm every day, so I would need a call after 6pm.

Still no call back, I am only waiting 1 more week and then i will be switching to someone else and going to the media with this story. If you can't fix your own software maybe people should know this.

I just had a call back from a technical service representative that says on my file that a manager tried to call me back. That is not true, because I have never received a call back from a manager. I answer every call even scam calls just in case it might be important. This technical representative still does not know this is a known issue. As well who setup this call back for a technical representative that has no clue about the situation. I have never delt with such a messed up company, why does no one in your organization get that this is what puts companies out of business. I have received 2 calls to from Telus, one was asking me if I would be I terested in more services,  hahaha, what a joke. Can't fix the services I have with you but want me to buy more.

Just tried my login which worked last week, user and password is saved and recorded. I click on the saved link and the guide opens, but not logged in. It is telling me I have 5 tries to login.

 

So I log into My Telus to find a new web page AND thousands of points in rewards, it is working.

While still logged in I decide to to try TelusTV+ again. I click login and bingo without entering anything, well there was no login page, I am logged into Telus TV.

Just logged into both, the only difference is there is the check box to prove you are human. Oh yes, there is an error message, just ignore and click login again, but that has been happening a lot this year.

Do you have optik tv? I have mobile data only on a telus device. No combination of logins gains access 

yes I have optic TELUSTV- 21T

With any internet source in Canada i can view online tv
