I wanted to cancel it last year this time, but was told a big penalty fee because my contract was automatically extended to the next year, 2025.
So I waited till now to cancel it before it automatically extends my contract again.
My question is: Is there a way to cancel it online, or by emailing? I want to avoid the trouble and time calling Telus customer services.

Were you able to cancel based on the response below or still struggling with Telus? I am done fighting with Telus and finally got a call back from the escalation mgmt Neha who said she would call me back Friday or today. Go figure no call back. I need to be done with Telus. Was with ADT for years and never had issues like this. Sorry for the rant. 🙂
