Disable, Delete, or Secure Apps

Parents need an option to disable, delete, or even add a pin on apps. The app in particular is Youtube. Everyone knows this isn't an app for kids. Putting restrictions on Youtube itself won't work. It will still allow contents that are not for kids.

Yes kids can just sign out and then watch anything. I want to complete remove YouTube from the available apps.

Other TV providers allow me to block the apps with a PIN code. There is way to much inappropriate content on apps such as you tube and Spotify for full access for children. I have only had Telus TV for less than 2 weeks and I want to cancel due to the lack of controls. A PIN is necessary for app downloads and for blocking apps you want restricted or supervised.
