when ever you launch a new technology like recently wifi-6 , there should be an option given to existing customers to switch, if not all then there should be an limited spots and existing member should have an option to fill a form.

as when ever u say that this is only for new customers and not for existing then that put a dent in the loyalty of loyal customers. people who are loyal to Telus from last few years and subscribers of all the services they want some special feeling that they are valued as a customers
