My fiber internet link went down last night roughly around 11pm, I rebooted the modem multiple times and the light indicator comes back to RED. Spoke to a few of my neighbours this morning and they are all experiencing the same issue. I live in Edgemont, west side of Edmonton.

I am in Secord and mine has also been down since last night. There is no information on the Telus website, nor has anything been restored.
