Our strata council (260 units) decided to switch to fibre optic from copper. We were told we had to switch because copper would be turned off, leaving us with no service. The installer came and left in about 10 minutes. Today I found out he was unable to install and we will therefore not have access to fibre options. The person who sold this product to our council doesnโt want to help and just tells us to call again and ask for a switch to fibre optic. No one will take charge of this problem. What do I do? I am feeling like we should not move forward if some people could be left without any service. And no one at Telus seems responsible for pulling it all together.
