Telus doesn’t want me to switch to fibre

After receiving a letter from Telus that fibre was available in my neighborhood thought I would give them a call about options as I am currently on copper. The agent questioned why I would want to upgrade if everything was working now. Four months left on my contract, guess I will see who wants my business then. If Telus doesn’t want my business don’t send me letters about upgrading.

Their website for installation of fiber doesn't work. Their call in line is over an hour long. I'm forced to now use my mobile phones. I'm changing all services to Rogers because Telus service is BROKEN.
