Signed up a yearly $100 prepaid plan with a promo bonus of data 2gb/month for a year on Dec 23, 2024, but Telus messaged me that my promo expired Feb 21, 2025. Can anybody help?

Exact same thing has happened to me. Activated Dec 23, received Telus message about expiry on Feb 21 and no data since. Calling and texting still works. Oddly, my transactions show text and data promo renewed on Feb 21, but not calling. Would appreciate help as well.

I have the same issue. I'm on telus $100 prepaid plan with unlimited call and text and 2BG data per month. But on the renewal day of each month, I receive a message from telus saying my plan expire and the data become not working for a few days. This really annoys me and brings me trouble. Can you fix this pls? How Can I message you?

I have the same problem. We signed up prepaid on Feb 28 for one year promotion; I received the message that it was expired as I do not have enough credit to renew the promotion (2G data and unlimited call and messages. Please help
