For some reason the channel, especially when showing a live game, the quality of the feed is always quite bad and blurry. I know sports broadcasts are in 720p for the most part. So i know that sometimes it's moreso a source issue. But I always find that the nba tv channel (937) is the worst of the bunch. I also find basketball on tsn, sportsnet as well isn't the best either. But that is more a source problem i think.
