Telus Services not working

I keep having the following problems, and they are reoccurring issues, but Telus never fixes them, so I have to keep calling. 

Recording not working: I pay for recording, but there is a TV error saying I'm not allowed to record as I need to subscribe (and I am)

Subscriber channels are not working: Two of my four packages aren't working and say I need to subscribe. 

Asking for pins that I never set up: When I try to subscribe to channels I am supposed to have already, the TV asks me for an opinion I never set up for. 

All these issues have been happening since I moved out, and they decided to switch all three boxes for the new ones (android boxes)
