Video on Demand choice will not play

Friendly Neighbour

Good morning.  I had not realized that the program Surreal Estate was going to have a 3rd season, and did not have it set up to record.  Once I realized, I set it up, and wasn't terribly worried, because CTV Sci-fi is on video on demand, and when I checked, episode 1 of season 3 is listed there.  Great, go about my day, plan to watch it later.  However, when I try to watch it, it comes up with an error, tells me it can't be watched right now, and try again later.  I have been trying it off and on for the last few days, but it still won't work.  Episode 2 is up now, and it works fine, but I really would like to watch episode 1 first.  Who or where is this supposed to be reported to?  There isn't a whole lot of direction on the app when things aren't working.  There really should be a report button or something to click when stuff isn't working properly on the set top box.

Is there any sort of ETA on when this will be resolved?  It's now Wednesday,  and the episode will have been up (supposedly) for 10 days or so.  I really would like to watch it before I start watching the other ones.

Our Optik team confirms that the episode looks and plays fine on their end. Have you tried rebooting your equipment to see if that resolves the issue?

I tried it this morning and it didn't work, but after your last reply, I tried it again, and now it works.  I don't know why, I didn't do anything, but it seems to have resolved itself.

Ok, great!
