I just signed up with Rogers for Home Security Cameras and 1 Gig Internet.
They said they will be cancelling my Telus at both of my homes that I own.
Problem is, I cannot for the life of me get my Panel off of my wall in one house or a large Telus Modem rctangular looking box from downstairs under my panel.
At my other house, I still have my outside garage camera installed, A Nokia looking box under my panel and a Telus square box under my panel.
Do I have to get somebody to get this off for me or does Telus offer this (I am guessing they would charge me).
Do I get a notice from Telus when my account is cancelled? I got one service installed last WED and one on FRI, but I haven't heard anything from TELUS.
Expensive buyout too, but I am saving a lot.
