Oh my telus 4K box both the link(green) and record(red) lights are blinking at the same time. On the screen it says we’re sorry something isn’t right, it says to check cables and reboot your box and none of that works. The internet works fine. I have done reboot, restart putting cords in different slots. This is happening on all my digital box. Please help. Thanks
