Since two days ago, my home has been unable to use the Wi-Fi due to it requiring a sign-in. This is something we never needed to do before. The sign-in is required on all our devices and the modem/router has green lights for both Internet and Wi-Fi.
The sign-in in question leads us to the url: https://order.fibre.telus.com
This link is unavailable straight from the Wi-Fi settings (when we click to connect), but it can be opened in a seperate browser. Signing in just leads to the "My Service" page for Telus, but I am unsure what to do from there.
I had accessed our modem/router's (T3200M) admin configuration page to reboot and factory reset the modem itself, which did not result in any change. I've also checked to see if perhaps a Guest network was enabled, but it was not.
Help would be greatly appreciated. I can provide screenshots if needed.

Any chance you are using the guest WIFI. The other day it would not connect to my phone and wanted a web page connection. Just now it connected without internet, then while I was typing it has internet.

I'm afraid not. We don't have a Guest network enabled, so we wouldn't be able to connect to one in the first place.

Have you spoken to our tech team about this yet?

Yes, two days ago. They said were not sure why or what was happening.

We'd like to take a look into that for you fwzchan, and will send you a PM shortly.

It looks like your router is redirecting you as it can't authenticate on the network. Can you try unplugging power to it and the modem (if you're on fibre), wait 30 second, plug it back in and wait for it to boot up and try again?

I have followed the instructions (disconnecting the power cord and reconnecting). Unfortunately, the Wi-Fi still does not work and redirects to the sign-in page.
