I have a Synology NAS It is hardwired to the Telus Wi-Fi Boost B21A (Trashcan). I have it set to a fixed IP above the DHCP range (64-200) of the fibre router.
Previously the NAS was on the wrong gateway (formerly Shaw) so I've just fixed that and rebooted the Wi-Fi and the NAS.
When I login to the fibre router, its connected devices list shows the Synology with the correct IP and MAC address. Before I fixed the gateway the IP showed as N/A on this list. My computer and printer both show up with IP addresses as well on this list.
But when I login to the Wi-Fi boost device, its connected devices list shows the Synology with the MAC address but the IP is N/A so I'm wondering if something is still set incorrectly. My PC and printer both show the correct IP on this list.

Have you tried the Telus Connect app to see what IP is reported there?
I suspect all is well and the Wi-Fi boost is just slow to update. You could also restart the boost to see if that rectifies the issue.
Friday
Thanks, Wi-Fi Boost (rebooted on Monday), Fibre Modem, Telus Connect only the Boost can't tell the IP address, each of the 3 have to be told what various devices are randomly except the fibre modem has no rename option so a lot of name-unavailable listings. Telus Connect called my computer GIGABYTE TECHNOLOGY in all caps and my phone which is the device Telus Connect was running on as Unknown.
