Optimizing new Ontario home 1.5G installation to hit full bandwidth

We recently switched to Telus and I'm trying to figure out how to connect a few of the Ethernet points to get full speed, i.e. 1.5GB vs. the max we're hitting now of 940MB.

I'm trying to see if I'm missing something in my configuration or network setup. I'm in a newer house with good quality Ethernet CAT6 drops at all the high-demand points (TV, office computers, etc.) and Ubiquiti Wifi 6 Lite heads. I appreciate the 1.5GB limit is in aggregate and there are currently 45 devices on line, but most are IoT and not heavy bandwidth.

The Telus network comes in the house and connects to a Nokia XS-010X-Q ONT and goes 10G from the ONT to the NH20A router into the 10G port on a CAT 6 cable. The only thing left are the four 1G ports, which are all being used by the high demand devices, including two Ubiquiti wifi heads and a 1G Ethernet switch, and the office computer, which has a 2.5Gb NIC.

I have seen some comments that the NH20A can be wired with fiber directly, freeing up the 10G port and using bridge mode to my own router and 2.5G switch? Is this the only solution, or is there a simpler solution out there, like a Telus router with some 2.5G ports, as the choke point is the 1G port on the NH20A. I only have internet service and no optik or security.

As well, is there a manual or guide for the NH20A? If not does anyone have a guide of the light pattern for the ethernet connections, i.e. is two green flashing per port = 1GB and the details on the 10GB port?

Hi CAM2, as you mentioned, we were able to see some threads relating to this and bridging options at: https://forum.telus.com/t5/Home-Services/Telus-Pure-Fiber-in-Bridge-mode-with-modem-NH20A/m-p/142027 and https://forum.telus.com/t5/Home-Services/Technicolor-NH20T/m-p/149087

Unfortunately and according ot the thread at https://forum.telus.com/t5/Home-Services/Document-manual-NAH-Arcadyan-NH20A-or-technicolor-FXA5000/m... there is no manual for the NH20A

You might be able to get some possible alternatives by contacting the TELUS tech support team though.
