I cannot log into TELUS TV+ either on the app or through a web browser. I use the same login credentials as for MyTELUS, but I receive the following error messages:
Web (Chrome browser): Error - "Account associated with access token is unkown or or not found."
App (Android): Login failed - "Sorry, an error has occurred. Please try again later." ERR_AGL_ACN_3545
Both errors have persisted for days, ever since my account was activated. I have not been able to use TV at all (my OptikTV box is still in the mail).
