I am having trouble with both my digital boxes (one replaced recently to see if problem persists-it does). When toggling between time slots on TV guide or returning to TV guide the guide is slow to respond with content. I have connected directly to the router with cat 6 and still the problem persists. I have contacted Telus on numerous occasions to get help to rectify this problem but to no avail. I have gone through the recommended reboot procedures etc.. I believe the problem is with the Telus Digital 21-T android boxes. We did not have this problem before switching to the android boxes. No problem when I use the laptop or phone to access the guide through the Telus tv app. Suggestions
