Wifi Boost 6 won't let printer connect

I recently had my internet changed to Telus and while reconnecting my devices to the new network, my wifi printer won't connect.

 

It throws a MAC address filtering error, even though filtering is off on the booster. I have even tried turning it on and allowing the specific address but it still gives the error.

 

The printer is the only device I have on the 2.4ghz band. Is there a way to independently split the bands into ones with unique network names so I can isolate the bands?

Do you have a static IP address setup on the printer? It may be set to an address outside of Telus's managed addresses (192.168.x.x) and thus won't connect.
