I am writing to express my deep frustration with the ongoing issues I’ve encountered regarding the cancellation of my home security service and the continued problems with Amazon Prime access.
I canceled my home security in April and was assured by multiple representatives that the feature had been successfully removed. Despite my repeated follow-ups, the issue has not been resolved. In addition, my Amazon Prime service remains non-functional, adding to my dissatisfaction.
On July 10, I spoke with a representative named Edwin, who promised to follow up and call me back at 4 PM (Calgary time). Unfortunately, I never received a return call, and the problems persist.
I kindly ask that you look into these matters immediately and provide a clear resolution. I would appreciate a prompt response to avoid further escalation.
