For a variety of reasons, some episodes in the Video on Demand (VOD) catalogue may not be available. If you come across a show and/or episode that's missing, you can report it to us. Here's how:
Select the discussion board for your TV platform
- Optik
- Pik TV
Click on "Ask a question" to create a post
Tag our Support account @TELUS_Support to get our attention (use "@" to activate tagging)
Include as much of the following info as possible:
- Show name
- Season
- Episode number
- Date of original airing
- Channel name or number
Click "Post" and you're set. We'll flag it to our vendors and do our best to have the episode uploaded ASAP.
Please note: there are sometimes issues out of our control but we will stay on top of it to make sure the content is uploaded whenever possible.
