Two weeks ago I spent 4 hrs with one of the Telus agents,Jumy, over the phone, to fix my cable issues, he had sent me new boxes to install although he helped setting up the boxes but we spent almost 2 hours trying to pair the cable remotes with my TVs which was very unsuccessful, all the time he insisted that he has done that kind of set up. Anyways I gave up and asked for another time to set it up. He never called, but I went to Youtube and learned how to do the pairing in less than 2 minutes. Jumy at least check the Youtube! He also provided me with a PR code to return the old boxes by Purlator, I had to write it down, no bar code or anything. Based on his instruction I went to Purlator with my old boxes and the PR code, they did not accept it. I called back Telus and another agent said the PR code is for Canada post!!!! I have not tried that one yet!
