Address for where to send a Death Certificate?

I need a physical address, or email address, at Telus Home Services, where I can send a Death Certificate so that a human being can review it.

My mother passed away.

My mother’s home still has an active Telus Land Line with a Home Alarm system attached to it,.  My Mother's Estate still owns the house.

The house will be put up for sale soon, and in the interim, my family want to keep the Land Line and Alarm System active (so as to protect the house), but we want to change the name on the Account to “The Estate of <Mother’s Name> “

Later on, when the house is sold, we would look into either cutting off, or transferring the account to the New Home Owner.

I would like to mail a copy of her Death Certificate to an address at Telus, as I will need to share the Death Certificate with a live human being to get the account name changed.

Do you know an address where I could send the Death Certificate, please?

Sorry for the late reply, and please accept our sincerest condolences on your loss. 

In terms of the account itself, once an account is moved over to the estate of, it'd be immediately cancelled in our system. If you want to keep the service active, it'd need to be moved under a different name for the time being until you decide what to ultimately do with it (move it, cancel it, etc.)

So the best course of action may be to keep it open and pay for it until you're ready to cancel/move it to a different account. There's no immediate decision on this that needs to be made either. We know how hard it is to deal with estate matters among everything else going on.
