I made an order for the home internet as a first time user for Telus. However, when I tried to "link" the account number that Telus provided me, it said the order has been cancelled.
So I tried to re-order the same internet service to the same address, which even incurred the install fee.
When I called the customer service, they told me that my order is "double booked"...
I tried to cancel the second order, but the customer service was not able to, and they redirected me to some other department. I was on hold for nearly two hours, but they never picked the phone.
Now, I am too tired of this, and I would like to cancel BOTH orders before they actually come to my home to install the internet. What should I do? I called the customer service, wasted multiple hours, but they were not able to do it.
