Billing error - overbilled

I recently signed up for a Telus EPP Internet + Optik bundle. When I received my first bill this month, there are a number of errors leading to a much higher billed amount than what I signed up for and is shown on my purchase confirmation. I have tried reaching someone through the telus call line and have not been able to get in touch with anyone through the Telus Expert chat. 

 

Please let me know how I can most quickly resolve this overbilling issue.
