I have a Telus utility vault on the property of my new home. The fault seems to be very low down compared to the grading they did around the home. Also I was wondering if I can cover the fault with anything such and grass or rocks. Unless there will be a large dip down to the fault. And water is flooding on top of it and pooling up. Who do I contact with questions about these vaults?

You can visit www.telus.com/status and click on the green 'Report an Outage' button on the right side. At the next screen, select the right hand side button that also says 'Report an Outage' with a little tower icon on it. That'll take you to a form you can fill out that goes to our field team. Please fill in your name and information, and select the appropriate box from the list of options. That will go to our team to have it investigated!
