Unsupported modem

Recently, I have just moved to a house from a condo. My internet plan is PureFibre with 1 Gigabit. Telus offers me a Booster wifi 6 which worked perfectly when I was living in the condo.
Now, in the house my devices are often having problems with the wifi connection even very close with the Booster.
Moreover, under the Network section of Telus Connect app, it indicates “Unsupported modem”. The message is “We’ve detected your modem is an older model. In order to get the most from your home network and the Connect app, you’ll need an upgrade.”
What should I do? Will Telus offer me a newer modem? Extra installation fees?

Hi @chillguy if you haven't changed your SSID or password, try rebooting the modem. If that doesn't work, please try a factory reset
