Anyone out there who's experienced the complete and utter incompetence of the employee ambassador program? There is no number to call and the reps are like robots who just copy and paste the web link without even reading my issues. It takes forever back and forth as they take 3 days to respond to one email and then they don't even give me the answer I need so back and forth it goes again. It has been weeks and I am no closer to getting my issue resolved and I just want to buy a phone which means more money for Telus. I am at the point where I am just going to get a phone with a different company, that's how much this program sucks. Imagine that you have an employee who wants to upgrade their phone and the incompetence is so bad that 2 weeks later, your employee still doesn't have a new phone.
