Loyalty Department Just Hung Up On Me and I'm Disappointed With Telus

It took me at least 4 calls, and 2 hours on hold, to even BEGIN talking to a representative. Then I spent 1 hour and 42 minutes on the phone with her where she was going to offer me $70 CAN-US plan with 150GB of data, and a new Iphone 15 Pro 128GB for a total of $100.62 CAD. Now mind you, AT&T offered me $96.32 CAD for that plan with a new Iphone 16 Pro 128GB, but I want to keep my loyalty to Telus and so I was willing to stay with them for a slightly older phone at a higher price because I have been with them for years. Once she went to go finalize everything, she told me she didn't have any in stock and would have to give me an Iphone 15 pro with 256GB instead, or the Iphone 16 Pro 128GB that AT&T offered me but at $114 CAD. I said that was worse than what I was previously offered, and that's not fair that the company I keep my loyalty to couldn't even match prices or get close. After I said that, she stood firm that she couldn't do anything so I asked if I could talk to someone else, and so she put me on hold and then HUNG UP ON ME. There is no way that I just got treated by the loyalty/retention department like this. Telus disappointed me today, now I've been waiting for 40 minutes again trying to get an agent again.
