Ridiculously unreal service, telus management needs to do something

This is absolutely ridiculous. I need to return 4 phones via bring it back program, and order 4 new phones.

 

This has taken 4 separate phone calls so far and today alone, i have been online 4.5 hours and counting. Lucky I have the time right now but how does anyone else ever get anything done.

 

I can order 10's of thousands of dollars through amazon as fast as I can click on the items, same as similar websites but to simply update my telus plan and ordering new phones has taken more than 9 hours in phone calls, multiple emails saying to call them, and nobody can get the answers without transferring to another person and then waiting another hour online. Horrendous.

 

No other choices in canada, absolutely ridiculous. It makes me want to get my phones and phone services through an American or Mexican provider to use in canada not only because of the prices but the absolute waste of time. Telus should be paying me to wait on hold for them, not me paying them an enormous amount of money for phones and phone plans while wasting days worth of time trying to place a simple order.

 

This has got to stop.

 

I encourge everyone to start emailing their MP and asking why we aren't allowing more companies to compete in this country. Mexico high speed mobility, unlimited data, international roaming, calling, etc. $30/month
