Opened new Telus mobile plan (TUES). Suspended Account (same day): After Document submission to fraudfax@telus.com (day-2); Sent two email of 2x ID documents within 3 days (FRI today). Also visited Telus Store today to show 3rd ID doc to Telus store rep.
Old mobile provider has confirmed number port-out to Telus succeeded. No cellphone / no data (suspended) today.
What else should we do? How long should I wait?

fraudfax@telus.com ? Is this a read email address? Why would you send documents there?
