Telus mobility signal connection always has only 1 bar in Richmond BC

It has been for years with my old phone (s9) that the signal connection for regular cellphone service was always in 2 bars.  About half a year ago I upgraded my phone (s23)  now the signal connection is even worse often only has 1 bar.

 

My friends have problems hearing from me.  Saying my voice constantly got cut off.  What is going on with Telus Mobility?

To add to what FuzzyLogic said, you could also try to disable your 5G connection and go to LTE to see if maybe that's the issue. Please report your issues though!

The Telus system is so stupid. They send you an authentication code after you're reporting "No Signal" on your number. How are you able to enter the authentication code when a user is reporting no service/coverage on their number?? How will I receive the "Authentication Code" when I have NO Signal/Coverage/Service????????? Please make it make sense. Send it to the alternate number which we have added.

You could always try submitting the report once you're in a location with a better signal.
