what a joke! Had to start a claim with Asurion regarding my phone and a cracked back glass (Iphone 14) Went to Telus first ( I was in the Mall where the store was) I had to call Asurion first, file a claim, give them a credit card, then they told me where to take for repair. Agent on the phone didn't list when I said "area around the camera was broken" I'm not a techy person, I'm older and trying to catch up on technology. Went to repair center, said they couldn't repair because agent noted that "camera was broken" so I had to start again. A week later got proper documentation went to repair store told would be a week, they have to order part, should be in June 14th. In my email this morning an email entitled "you've cancelled your repair" Here we go again! Never again, I'm thinking Apple repair would be 100 times better. Plus I have to pay a service bill of $130.00 plus tax!!!!! That's no what I heard when purchasing the phone. I heard this was the "best" warranty and I'm sure I heard "at no cost to you" What a scam.
