I had made a payment toward a past due amount but seems it didn’t go through online banking and without any warning I was reported to Both Trans union and Equifax and mu credit score has dropped significantly, tried taking with Telus customer service , not even close to any acceptable customer service , seems Telus really dosnt care about its loyal customers , not sure how this could be addressed ? Telus client service has dropped that much easily can be replaced by any other in the market
