Telus web store nightmare

I’m so frustrated with the Telus. I’ve added a new line and ordered a new phone from the web store and I keep receiving emails telling me to call in and verify security questions in order for them to ship the phone. It’s been 8 days and I call DAILY. Today I’m on hold for 1.5 hours and still waiting. I email and they respond by telling me to call. 
This is absolutely ridiculous. I’ve been with Telus for over a decade and I will be switching providers once my contract is up. 
This phone is a gift for my child and it very likely won’t arrive in time for their birthday now. What an absolute disappointment.

Telus you’re a huge company. Do better.
