Dear Office of the President.
I am writing to formally raise a serious concern regarding a recent and deeply unpleasant experience I had with customer service representative ( Berry Diallo ) and their supervisor (Prince ) both are from Salvador.
During my interaction with Berry, I was treated with a shocking level of disrespect. I was told to be quire and list and when I voiced my frustration, I was told to do whatever I want - with the clear implication that my complaint wouldn't matter because, according to him, they've been in the job for long time and would not face any consequences. I would also like to share that this call I am sure is recorded which happened today ( July 7,2025) at 10:00 AM (EST ).
This kind of dismissive and arrogant attitude is completely unacceptable and deeply troubling.
Not only was their tone unprofessional and uncooperative, but they also failed to explain things clearly or assist me with my issue. Instead, I was told to do more research and work before calling TELUS. which only added to my frustration and confusion.
As a TELUS customer, I find this experience incredibly disappointing , I am requesting that this matter be investigated thoroughly and that I receive a proper follow-up and resolution from someone in the position of accountability.
