II've been on the phone with the web store all day like since 9:00 in the morning or earlier for me but anyways they didn't answer the phone the call was dropped after two and a half hours because I guess Apple just drops calls now they took over a week and a half till like verify all my s*** if it was process it was supposed to be shipped out yesterday or today or sometime on the weekend I don't even know but I spoke to them about five times and now I can't get anything going on here my phone's are supposed to be here tomorrowand now it says again I need more information which I've already had done all the security checks and it took two days to process and everything is supposed to be fine the representative said but you can't get a hold of anybody and there's no 24-hour contact and this is b*******I
