I logged into my Telus account just to check the bill for July and i did not receive it. But i was welcome by a surprise my account says i have not made the payment for my June bill and it has been overdue since June 22. While right next to it, it should that i made the payment on June 11. This is just terrible, not e-mail was sent either about the error or payment being overdue in the system. I have an e-mail confirming the payment received, their system shows that payment was received too but still reflecting as overdue. I am really getting fed up with all the issues with TELUS.
