Why do I receive almost daily emails / texts / phone calls regarding adding a product - ie spending more money - but when something important happens to my account or service I have to go looking for the information.  The cost of my plan just changed and I had to search for information.   I found it buried on the last page of my online bill.  For a communication company Telus needs to understand what communication their customers want and stop with the spam.
