Why is it when I want to look at a Telus bill from the previous month, or maybe 3 months ago, it downloads ALL the bills from the past 18 months?
This is the stupidest thing I have ever seen on any Account I have that has monthly bills. All the other companies I deal with show a list of available bills and then I choose the one I want, they don't download the past year and a half.
As noted earlier, this is SOOOO stupid!! Telus, you can do better!!!!

When I go to past bills under my Telus home account there is the option to download individual bills or all bills for a particular year. Both work as expected for me.

Hello! As stated, you should be able to see individual bills along with a more comprehensive history. Is that option still not showing for you?
