I subscribe to two services thereby qualifying for Gold Tier status in the rewards program. However my balance shows "zero" despite being eligible for 2x each dollar spent on collective monthly billing.
Is there a secret handshake or something required before point start accruing? We've been with Telus for about 3 years.
