Hello, I noticed my July bill has increased. When I checked the June bill, there is small print said " If you are currently in a 2- year service agreement, the new regular monthly price will not apply until the first bill after your term expires". My service agreement won't expire until October this year, please explain why I've been charged for the new rate.

If you're still within a service agreement, the reason may be due to a possible price increase in your services, any of which would've been stated in the billing notes leading up to when it occurred.
