I'm trying to cancel my stream+ premium subscription, but when I go to manage my subscription, it gives me an error message.
Page could not be loaded.
I have even gone in-store to get them to cancel, but they can not even do anything about it. Even a customer service agent on the phone could not do anything about it. I'm so frustrated that I may have to call the bank to cancel the charge on telus stream+.
Please help, I'm very frustrated and disappointed that Telus can't even figure it out.
