I callex Telus in Dec 2024 to cancel by business line and to fulfil the stupid target- sale/ loyalty team scammed by giving me two extra devices which I never asked for and I was promised and have confirmation email from the same salea agent confirming that I do not have any outstanding balance on device. After 4 months I received an invoice of $1200 to pay bring it back amount. I have talked to ove 20 representatives including some arrogant managers and no one is looking into it plus loyalty/ retention team cant do anything and customer service rep says they cant do anything either so what am I supposed to do? Just cancel my services and give me my money back. Thats all!!
