I had telus installed feb 09th I'm a new customer and keep getting the runaround from this company I'm frustrated and ready to cancel my new service.. your apps haven't connected with the wifi 6 modem and also the my telus app hasn't connected to my tv services and anytime iv brought up about the tv being sent they change the subject there has been not resolution or communication and its now 12 weeks in iv even been hung up on twice now buy customer service I went to this company because of rogers and now at this point I feel telus is worse then rogers please fix your ********** and your customer service
