Why are online support requests always broken?

Whenever I try to submit a support request, I always get a message informing me that you are experiencing technical difficulties "We were unable to submit your form due to technical issues. Please try again.". On the page where it says "keep track of all your requests and inquiries", I am always shown the error: "We are unable to retrieve your request details. Please try again." I have a telus business account. I click on "Send a business support request", and this is all I ever get. I'd much prefer to communicate by support ticket than in person on a phone as it is much less time consuming and easier to transfer details like IP address and MAC address by text.

As advised, I contacted the telus support number. I requested support for a business account from the automated voice prompt. The first lady I reached said she couldn't help with this sort of thing and said I would need to speak with technical support so she started a case # and forwarded my call to technical support. The next person I got on the line with said he only deals with non-business accounts, so he forwarded me to business technical support. The business technical support person told me that they don't deal with issues with myTelus or the myTelus app, so he forwarded me to the care department. I'm now waiting again for the care department because it seems everytime your call is forwarded to another department you are put at the back of a new waiting queue for that department.

This whole experience reminds me of the film "Ikiru". It is a good one. I highly recommend it.
