Hello,
I am not sure where else to send my complaint because I can't seem to reach anyone, and the online system for chat keeps sending me to home TV rather than home security. I called Telus this evening because my SmartHome security panel was flashing. This has happened many times, and each time, I call and the agent re-boots the panel but nothing has been done to actually solve the problem. Today I spoke to an agent, who re-booted the panel and also tested my system but the test yielded no explanation for why this keeps happening. He said he could send a technician but I might be charted 200.00 if so because there may not be anything wrong with the panel. I asked to speak to someone above him because this has been a recurrent unresolved problem and he tried to prevent that but finally gave in and sent me to the "loyalty program." I was on hold for 5-10 minutes and then, at 7:39 pm EST I heard a message that the office is now closed and the system hung up on me. What office closes at 7:39 pm? I am extremely frustrated because this has wasted a lot of my time each time I've called for the past few years. I need to file a complaint and get some help but have no way to do that. Please help!
