Hello; I am trying to sign up for a Smart Hub at an address in Alberta for a lot I own where I am building a house, since the builder would like to install a security camera. However, I am not Canadian and do not have a Canadian credit history, driver’s license, or SIN, so I am unable to complete this process via the online application. Additionally, although my phone plan is able to call Canadian numbers, it seems like Telus’s sales number (1-888-811-2323) is blocking off my attempts to call. As far as I can tell there is no email address I can contact. Therefore, I am posting here in hopes of getting a response, since I appear to be completely walled off from contacting Telus otherwise.
