Free 55 inch 4k Samsung TV

I signed up for an internet+optik tv bundle last Nov 18. The offer comes with a free Samsung TV. It has been more than 9 weeks and we have not received it yet. Does it really take this long?

@matonbrews It generally takes anywhere from  4-8 weeks for delivery. Did you get a shipment confirmation yet?

No shipping confirmation yet and it has been 10 weeks.

I am in the same boat, its been almost  2 months now and no shipping confirmation yet. can you assist me with an answer as I spoke to TELUS and they gave me Samsung's # and they reversed it back to TELUS. 

Is that 2 months from the installations date Tbonne44? It can take up to 4-8 weeks from the date you have services installed (not ordered).

Installed on November 10th!

Yep, just happened to us. We switched from Rogers to Telus because our tv died & wanted to take advantage of the free offer. I hadn’t heard anything re: the shipment for 4 weeks so I called Telus 3 times today, each time given a different story. First, I was told that it was originally ordered but cancelled the next day because I changed my package (which obviously I didn’t). The second time I called I was told that I cancelled the tv 🙄. The third time I called they told me that it wasn’t cancelled but they had no idea where it was. This unfortunately is what happens when you outsource to a SE Asian country. I finally called the local Telus store at the mall and even though they were limited to yhe information they could find out he said he’d look into it & call me back. 20 minutes later he called me back & repeated that his info was limited he could see that the order was cancelled for no reason at all. He basically told me if I can’t get the tv shipped then to just cancel my service. Yes Telus, your own employee knows how crappy you treat your customers and told me to cancel!
