Hello just trying to find out how to watch "Telus TV+" and "Telus Films & Series" on PikTV box? Zero info on the Telus website or through the chatbot. Thanks

The original PikTV boxes were discontinued some time ago as the manufacturer wasn't providing software updates any longer. The current TELUS TV-21T set top boxes would have come with Telus TV+ already installed. They would have been provided to all PikTV box holders as a replacement. If you look at the sticker on the underside of the box, what model is listed there?

Hi it's the current model TELUSTV-21T. I noticed there was a "Telus TV+" in the top left corner of the home screen but not clickable; not sure if it was there before my subscription.
It also has a few extra live channels than before; is it what Telus TV+ is about?
And how about "Telus Films & Series"?

You can find that content under Video on Demand (VOD) and listed under the Local Film and Series category.

Telus keeps emailing me about activating Telus Films.& Series; when I clicked on Activate, it took me to https://telustvplus.com/#/ No option to activate anything even after I logged in. When I go back to the Subscription screen and it still shows the same (see pic).
How do I activate Telus Films & Series?

Let's see if it's a token issue. Can you start by clearing your browser's cache and cookies completely. Then attempt to access the site again. If this doesn't work, try opening the website in an incognito or private browsing window.
Make sure to disable any pop-up blockers or ad blockers, as these can prevent the website from functioning properly. As a final step, attempt to access the site using a different web browser or device to determine if the issue is browser-specific.

I have tried different browsers and also in incognito mode to no avail so it is not a token issue.
What should happen when clicking 'Activate'? Does it take to telustvplus.com as in my case? What then should happen on that site?

Sorry, let's back up a bit as I just realized this is specific to TELUS Films & Series. The activation email you're seeing may be redundant. If you launch the TV app or web portal, do you see "TELUS Originals" and "Storyhive" under the VOD Local Films and Series category? If so, it's already set up.

I watch on PikTV box so no TV app. By "web portal', do you mean telustvplus.com or a different one? I don't see VOD or anything like that on telustvplus.com
Another reason I don't think it's already set up is that the Subscriptions screen still asks me to activate it - see below:
Can you answer my question - What should happen when clicking 'Activate'? Does it take to telustvplus.com as in my case? What then should happen on that site?
The answers will help determine if I'm completely off course on this.
